For investors investing 250k or more, we have two options.

Each property purchased would be split 70/30 in which investors would own 30% of the net profits and lifetime equity per property acquired.

Option #1

Tier #3 investors receive a secured 13.5% secured annual return and 30% of three properties should they be re-financed or sold during 5 year agreement for a minimum of 5 years.

We enter a partnership LLC where we create a company that uses the
