100k-250k

For this tier of investors we issue back a secured 12% annual return, and up to 50% of gained property equity during a re-finance or sell for a minimum of 5 years.

For 100k-180k, we offer up to 30% of a gained equity return for a minimum of 5 years. For  180k-250k we offer 30-50% for a minimum of 5 years.

Ex: of Equity Re-Finance

A property gains $50,000 over 4 years

$50,000 x .70% = $35,000

$35,000 x .30 = $10,500

Investor would receive an additional 5.8% return over 5 Years at 180k

Or

$35,000 x .50 = $17,500

Investor would receive an additional 7% return over 5 Years at $250,000
