For this tier of investors we issue back protected 10.5% annual returns, and between 5%-15% of gained property equity during a re-finance or sell.

For $30k, we offer 5% of a gained equity return. For 100k we offer 15% for a minimum of 3 years.

What this means is that if an investor invests $100,000, and the property the investment is protected with increases in equity value by $30,000 in 2 years and we re-finance it after year 2, you would receive 15% of the net profit equity amount we receive back.
